Position description:

- This position will play a key role in supporting, tracking and guiding change management interventions across BPTs for allocated businesses

- This position shall work with the BPT leads and Business CEOs to use structured change management approach to engage stakeholders and manage employees adoption to change

- This position will be responsible for creating and rolling-out all central communication for Transformation Program.

- This position will work closely with Head- OCM/SPMO & focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and job roles and organization structures.

- Support in creating and rolling out overall capability development program (training) to ensure transformation is successful

Mandatory Requirement:

- Comprehensive understanding of the potential issues and change management strategies associated with different stages of transformation lifecycle

- Demonstrated experience of handling change initiatives linked to transformation programs such as SAP implementation, Outsourcing, Shared service set-ups or Acquisition Integration.

- Considerable experience and expertise in Change Management Modules including stakeholder's management, communication, training and organization redesign.

- Experience in Adani industry segments/ business verticals (at least one) and

- End-to-end experience of change management with at-least two comparable Indian clients.

- Person of high self-initiative, resilience and persuasive skills

No Key Accountabilities

1. Partnering in deployment of a structured change management approach and design methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts.

2. Partnering with associated Businesses to develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.

3. Assisting & conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. Also keep pulse of the situation based on informal channels

4. Help business develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans for the allocated businesses - including:

a) Communication plan and overall themes

b) Leadership alignment roadmap,

c) Training plan and capability building

d) Resistance management plan.

e) Maintain and review risk register

5. Help drive the communication efforts for the overall program by-

a) Creating Communication strategy, and key themes

b) Develop and roll-out integrated Communication Calendar

c) Create communication content

d) Interact with Corporate communication from branding and print content

e) Coordinate inputs with BPT communication managers and release TeZZ update

f) Appropriately position TeZZ program with external stakeholders

6. Support the Group Head - OCM / SPMO in execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.

7. Be an active and visible coach to all the change sponsors from Business Verticals, and help engage with change champion network

8. Draw clear Engagement Action items; Budgeting the cost; Work closely with Head- OCM & SPMO in addressing interventions as planned under OCM initiative.

9. Participate in Town Hall; Gather inputs ( Informal) on communication effectiveness ; Interact with Change Champion network etc.

- Post Graduate /MBA Degree

- Science Background at Graduation Level

Necessary

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a large Corporation

- At least two end-to-end Change management project experience

- Deep SME level expertise in CM modules - communication, training

- Experience of working with Indian clients -
