About Adani Industry Cloud: As part of its Digital Transformation journey, the Adani Group has partnered with Google and embarked on a journey to build a cloud based digital industrial operations platform - The Adani Industry Cloud (IC). This strategic platform is meant to help the Group operate our world class infrastructure assets (in sectors including ports, logistics, energy, mining) with greater efficiency and automation. To realize this vision, we are building a world-class software product development team within Adani. This team will have end-to-end responsibility of defining, designing, developing, and operating the IC platform and all solutions powered by this platform.

We are seeking an experienced product owners to be a part of product management team and realize this mission. The ideal candidate should have big ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity.

- As an Associate Product Manager, you would be part of product management team working as a product owner, responsible for planning the roadmap of the product and to work with the product development teams to ensure timely delivery. This includes gathering feature requests, scheduling releases, and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.

- Ultimately, you'll help us roll-out products that deliver our company's vision. We are looking for a Product Owner to organize, prioritize and assess work for our scrum team.

Any Technical Skills Required :

- Atlassian JIRA, Confluence

- Agile/SAFE/Scrum

- Google Cloud/AWS/Azure

- IoT/IIOT/Energy domain - EDGE

- CSPO/PMPO

- Backlog/Roadmap Software- AHA,Miro,etc.

Ideally, you should have :

- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management

- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

- Experience in Energy Domain or IIoT platforms preferred

- Familiarity with agile is a must, SAFE PM/PO preferred

- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle

- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies

- Excellent team spirit and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
