Adani Group - Manager - Legal

We are currently hiring for Legal Manager Position based at Ahmedabad location. Interested candidate who fit into following criteria can apply for the same.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years- integrated degree in Law (like B.A + LLB) from top 5 Law institutes in India (Like GNLU)

Preferably having MBA or certification courses from foreign university

Job Purpose

- Manage and provide expertise in drafting & litigation at Group level.

- Provide research-based insights to Chief Legal Officer on critical legal matters

- Develop leadership communication notes/presentations

Key Accountabilities

1. To provide legal assistance to functional head and leadership.

2. To ensure drafting and vetting of strategic/critical matters w.r.t. petitions, written statements, replications, affidavits, legal notices, and suits of various natures.

3. To undertake legal research on the on-going basis, keep updated & utilization of research work for company's similar issues/matters.

4. To prepare leadership dashboards & presentations on on-going legal matters.

5. To act as a custodian of key MIS, communication & legal matters that draws top attention of leadership team

6. To draft and ensure standardization of legal documents

7. To update the legal status through Automation / Programs.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

- 7-10 years in Legal domain

- Prior experience in well-known Legal firms

- Prior experience in handling defamation related matters
