P&L Responsibility: Take complete ownership of the P&L for the segment, demonstrating a proven ability to navigate financial responsibilities at a senior/top management level. 2. Business and Operations Strategy Formulation: Develop an all-encompassing business and operations strategy aligning with both short-term and long-term organizational objectives. 3. Market Analysis and Entry Plans: Conduct an exhaustive analysis of the existing market, leveraging analytical skills for market assessment and trend analysis, and formulate market entry plans. 4. Strategic Alliances and Networks: Build strategic alliances and networks to broaden the reach to a larger customer pool, showcasing exceptional networking and alliance-building capabilities and enhancing market share. 5. Global Benchmarking: Stay at the forefront of industry trends within through benchmarking global practices, contributing to innovation and development initiatives.
