Role: HR Transformation Lead ( "ORACLE HCM")
Location: Ahmedabad - HO
Job Purpose:
- Leverage disruptive tech for simplification of HR Processes
- Leverage user journey maps to identify areas of improvement.
- Design HR IT Strategy, application landscape and transition strategy, identify tech solutions compatible with organization IT interface and finalize implementation plan.

- Improve sourcing to hiring experience
- Effective Performance Evaluation

- Improve training effectiveness
