Lead - Brand On Digital
Responsibilities:
- To have a digital strategy that remains updated and relevant in a fast-evolving world, within and outside the Adani world and within the digital/tech world
- Based on Customer research, insights and the customer strategy, in conjunction with an understanding of our business
- To identify branding and communication opportunities across digital assets (owned, bought and earned)
- To identify and amplify key messages through branding on digital, across digital assets and platforms
- Using all facets and opportunities, ranging from our website, SEO, SEM, social, digital marketing, UX/UI etc, and relevant social platforms
- To aid and partner amplification of messages through the Digital world, and other focused opportunities (eg. Asset Branding, Branded Properties and Sponsorships) and customer segments (eg. Employees)
- Work with diverse stakeholders to drive the Customer and Brand agenda and related initiatives
- To keep the defined Dashboard as the key metric of success, insights and course correction
Education & Qualification:
- A self-starter with outcome orientation
- Experience of at least 15+ years in the fields of brand building, among large and diverse audiences
- With a focus on engaging and impacting customers through all facets of the digital medium
- Prefer initial grounding in a creative/brand/advertising agency, and thereafter putting to work the learnings to actual and impactful work for brands, at a digital agency and then through Brand on Digital, at the client end
- Experience of partnering/working for large corporate brands or/and diverse conglomerates, will be preferable
- A track record of a brand led approach to digital campaigns, rather than vice versa
- A strategy led approach to building brands on and through the digital world, consistently
- Having delivered results in and through the digital medium, in partnership with External Branding and other surround 360 campaigns
