Job Objective:

To support and execute compensation & benefits process and recognition areas effectively within the defined terms of the process at organization level

Roles and Responsibilities Rewards, Recognition, Policy & Benefits, employee recognition

- Support the design and implementation of C&B policies & procedures Execute C&B processes to support and align with the business needs and strategy Analyse complex data (internal & external benchmarks), provides compensation & benefits analyses on individuals or levels or BU specific to support decision making

- Manage an on-going relationship with external compensation and benefits vendors for various benchmarking exercise and initiatives Be involved with planned and ad-hoc projects Coordinate and engage in functional meetings and committees to draw action plans, and share insights and recommendations

- Support the implementation and management of multiple program at organization level HR Technology and Analytics Regularly analyse varied HR metrics and keep abreast with the new trends, latest technologies, advanced tools to suggest improvement in Rewards processes Implement practices to ensure system usage for workflow, analysis, and reporting; Determine controls to assure data accuracy in the system Support the technology implementation, and management for rewards, benefits, and employee recognition areas

Job Profile:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Maths/ Stats/Commerce Compensation certifications of AON/Mercer would be a added advantage Advanced Excel and PPT skills

- Experiences: 4 to 6 years of experience in total rewards (C&B) field in a similar position for mid-sized / large organization Proven problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environment Hands-on experience in driving large scale compensation and benefits benchmarking projects Proven experience in program management and stakeholder management
