Job Purpose

Assist in the ITO program from the perspective of providing technology leadership and quality assurance of deliverables

Manage and provide expertise in all aspects of Datacenter Infrastructure and services, assess technology trends in these areas and assist Head, Outsourcing & Infrastructure in developing a roadmap for the same

Guide the business in utilizing Datacenter Infrastructure to the best extent possible for the different business processes

Oversee service delivery by ITO partner, related to Datacenter

Build capabilities in management & utilization of Datacenter services in the organization

Key Accountabilities

1. In the interim, assist in the ITO program from the perspective of providing technology leadership and quality assurance of the deliverables related to Datacenter

2. Manage the Datacenter, Networks & Messaging infrastructure portfolio (central) and assist Head, Outsourcing & Infrastructure in developing a roadmap for the same

3. Provide insights into latest Datacenter related technology trends, assess value and work with Enterprise Architect in evaluating feasibility of adopting them for IT architecture

4. Assist in developing and maintaining IT policies/ standards and governance

5. Provide expertise in all aspects of Datacenter, Networks & Messaging infrastructure & services along with interfacing points with other IT Infrastructure and applications, from any solution perspective for both existing and new technologies

6. Guide the business in utilizing Datacenter infrastructure to the best extent possible for all business processes, along with review of business processes and system integration challenges

7. Review and participate in Datacenter related projects/ CRs for alignment to technology standards (e.g., implementation of a new module)

8. Review and assess functional specification preparation, infrastructure solution and delivery, and workload proposed by ITO partner, related to Datacenter

9. Review and approve the design of Datacenter projects, ensuring adherence to IT architecture policies and standards

10. Build capabilities in Datacenter, Networks & Messaging utilization & management by leading the development and facilitation of end user training for usage of Datacenter in the organization

11. Coordinate with other Experts to ensure end-to-end SLAs, are adhered to and escalate any issues with the ITO partner's delivery manager
