Job Purpose:  To provide legal advice and support particularly in financial services products, services, transactions, governance and risk-management. Develop an effective legal function across, manage external legal advisers & support the business to manage legal risk   Key Accountabilities:  1) Draft, review, negotiate, execute contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statement of Works, Licensing Agreements, IPR related documents and other legal documents pertaining to company  2) Drafting and standardizing the Loan Against Property, Mortgage Deed, Memorandum of Deposit of title deeds, affidavit / undertaking and other documents.   3) Provide legal solution / remedies to the Business Team to mitigate the risk involved in mortgage property  4) To liaise with external legal consultants for specific cases / issues/ contracts/ documentations/ legal advisory services as required and review the work done by them   5) Facilitation and dispute resolution by recording and monitoring of all claims, disputes, notices etc. with respect to a contract, and collaboration with related teams, for resolution of the same.  6) To prepare/review all internal documents related to loans/agreements/associations including Project related/Loans/Financial Documents   7) Monitoring and Governance of Contracts  Academics:  LLB Candidates with CAIIB / CS   Relevant Experience/Desired Skills:  - Incumbent with minimum 10 years plus experience in NBFC/Bank in the area of conveyancing /drafting of various types of lending agreements, documents, MOUs, title deeds etc.   - Should be able to provide support in identification of vendors and allied processes in branches for due diligence of mortgage based loans.  - Should be able to understand the legal/compliance ecosphere in the lending business and should be able to coordinate with product/risk team for proper drafting of agreements/MOUs.  - Should be well versed with the process of CIBIL and CERSAI etc.   - Having strong understanding of Companies Act, Contract act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, Arbitration  - Should be aware of the litigation and recovery proceedings including 138 matter and SARFEASI matter.
