AD/SVP/VP - Ops - SME & Retail Assets - NBFC

Looking for candidates with 12+ years of Experience in Policy & Credit Operations in Consumer, SME or Retail Bank or NBFC.

Business: SME & Retail Assets

Educational Qualification – CA (Preferred) / MBA Finance (Full Time).

Job Responsibility:

- Develop, manage and drive the entire Operations & Service related technology system, team, infrastructure and competence.

Create systems, process, team and infra to -

- Aid in smooth disbursal of sanctioned cases.

- Ensure that customers receive welcome letters, interest certificates or any

- Other communication required on time.

- Manage entire process of storage of customer and collateral documents and their retrieval.

- Manage the entire process of closure of loans and issuance of NOC. Create proper check and balances and reporting.

- Liaison with the accounts and finance team of the company to ensure proper recon of the funds disbursed.
