As a senior member of the team, you will have a range of responsibilities and targets:
Be accountable for the successful growth and reputation of the practice by:
- driving business development activities including bid proposal and management
- relationship management activities both within the company and onshore stakeholders and clients
Ensure consistent high quality project delivery by:
- actively managing the senior client interfaces, taking responsibility for project delivery
- leading and delivering multiple engagements and taking full responsibility for the output
- directing and managing consultants and resources on project/BD activities
People management and development:
- Management and contribution to the development of junior staff
- On the job coaching and training of staff on technical and non-technical aspects
Skills & Qualification:
- To succeed in this demanding role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Strong academic background (either CA/ACA, ACCA qualified or MBA)
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience gained in either corporate roles, strategy consultancy, or similar analytical/ deal experience
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Credible record of operating at a senior management/board level
- Experience of leading project teams and running proposals
- Ability to identify critical data and data sources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic and results-focused
- Consulting experience is a must.
