Experience - 10 yrs+ (Preferably Big 4)

Vertical - Risk Advisory

Qualification - CA (Preferably from Internal Audit background)

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for the managing the day to day operations of the Analytics team.

- Responsible for both delivering on offshore analytics solutions, meeting clients’ unique business needs and also developing solutions for the domestic market based on the client requirements.

- Should have strong process orientation and should have worked in a typical off shoring environment where he/she would have managed in excess of 100 to 200 member teams.

- Should be a team leader who can influence and motivate the team towards company objectives while at the same time possess a consultative approach with regard to identifying client issues and managing and delivering solutions.
