AD/Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - Internet/Online

-NOTE - Candidates only from FMCG, Ecommerce or It/ITES are required.

Job Responsibilities -

- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities :

1. Partner closely with the leadership team and hold Performance, Organizational Design, Employee Engagement, Culture pillars and Code Of Conduct tightly.

2. Develop, Implement, and administer policies to enhance employee performance and experience.

3. Be a coach tand guide when it comes to organizational culture.

4. Plan and implement organizational changes required to support massive growth plans YOY

5. Plan and implement strategies around Compensation, Learning, Growth to improve employee engagement and performance.

6. Plan and implement Talent review, retention, and growth plan

Preferred :

- Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from Tier 1/2 college

- 2-3 years of experience in HRBP with FMCG, Ecommerce or It/ITES

- Prior HRBP experience will be preferred
