JOB PURPOSE:

This role contributes to the overall objective of the company by strategically driving sales growth, fostering strong client relationships, and generating branding and advertising revenue through effective communication, negotiation, and proactive market exploration in the media, ad-tech, or retail startup sectors.

Skills and ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Sales in this role will be to generate branding and advertising revenue through the onboarding of brands or media agencies.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing Client relationship management.

- Oversee generation of new leads through outbound lead generation activities (emails, calls, social media, etc.)

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with Advertisement agencies and Brand Aggregators

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Map market for increase in month-on-month revenue, maintain funnel (Existing clients & new clients)

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective advertising sales strategies.

- Onboarding: Onboarding Affiliate brands and media agencies and driving growth for the organization.

- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and clients.

- Collaboration: Work closely with Pre-sales, creative, finance, campaigns, and data teams.

- Revenue Optimization: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Technology Utilization: Leverage relevant tools to streamline sales processes.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

Graduate with Media, OOH Branding & D-OOH Advertising Experience, MBA and 2-3 Years of Experience for Masters and 3-5 for Graduate

Preferred Candidate worked with Advertising Agency, Media Companies, Media Aggregator, Ad Tech Start-Up

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

(Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent)

- Be a self-motivated and focused team player with great organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Sales Hustler.

- Have great communication skills, should be persuasive, and should be able to handle extreme negotiations

- Great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills will be a plus

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing Client relationship management.

- Present sales, revenue projection reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team

- & Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Prior experience in Media, Ad-tech or Retail Start-up is a plus

- Advertising Agencies, Media Companies, Media Aggregators, Ad Tech Start-Up, Digital Advertising BD or Sales
