Job Opportunity For Associate Director Role With a Leading E-Commerce Company In Bangalore; (7-10 yr

We are having multiple openings for the position of Associate Director with a leading eCommerce company in Bangalore.

The stage would be Operations/Marketing/Business Strategy/P&L/Planning. Looking for senior profiles with minimum 7 years of experience in B2C Industry.

Candidates with an MBA from a top Tier1 institute can apply only. Part time MBA will not be considered.

Position : Associate Director.

Stage : Operations/Strategy/Planning/Marketing/Sales/P&L.

Industry : B2C (e.g-FMCG/ durables/ online retail)

Salary : Negotiable

Location : Bangalore

Must Have: A full time MBA from a premier institute

Experience : 7-12 years

You (Must Haves) :

- Experience in sales/account management/Operations/Strategy/Planning /Marketing/P&L Handling etc.

- Strong negotiation skills

- Very high customer orientation

- Functional/Technical background. Should have an experience in leading & working with large teams.

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience of managing a brand/product group/business in the B2C sector e.g. FMCG/ durables/ online retail

- Managing complex projects from initiation through to implementation

- Developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges

- Developing and implementing measurement systems, processes and procedures for B2C businesses
