Hiring Associate Director - Marketing & Investor Outreach
Company : A Leading Organisation in the Global Analytical Business.
CTC : upto 22 lakhs pa
Role:
Strategic Meeting Management :
1) Develop and manage sustainable, meaningful and continuous one-to-one engagement with key stakeholders through crafting suitable value propositions
2) Should decide and define the agenda, approach and required outcomes for meetings with senior stakeholders (e.g. Investors, Bankers, Regulators, Trade bodies and Policy makers). It would include seeking appointments, preparing talking points, creating high impact collaterals/ presentations for self and COMPANY"s senior management
3) Ensure fulfillment of commitments made or request/ queries received during meetings through active collaboration with various businesses within COMPANY
4) Create a robust measurement metrics aimed at determining the outcomes/ RoI for aforementioned engagement
Business Intelligence & Market Analysis:
1) Providing strategic inputs to business groups on market development/penetration by analyzing markets, competition, geographies, different customer segments & business trends to identify the focus areas for outreach interventions and business growth
2) Keep senior management abreast with latest developments pertaining to market, competition, banks, regulators, policy makers and trade bodies
3) Develop suitable framework/ models to formulate effective outreach interventions for various businesses of COMPANY
4) Initiate, conduct and analyse market research to capture customer feedback, current market conditions/market requirements for existing service delivery model
5) Identify the gaps in existing service delivery model by understanding the needs of customers and channels and suggest corrective actions
Thought Leadership:
1) Internally, interact with operating groups (Heads & directors) to understand/ take inputs/ suggest what new articles are being written/ issues being spotted, which can be leveraged to gain strategic advantage
2) Ability to conceptualize and write high impact opinion pieces and prepare external presentations. Ensure high quality output
Strategic Marketing :
1) Identify, develop, and implement marketing plans/projects focused at New Customer Acquisition and Customer Retention. Maintain a detailed MIS of all the activities
2) Engage actively with all key stakeholders within the business at the time of development and implementation of annual/quarterly marketing plans, marketing calendars and performance tracking so that all marketing initiatives are aligned to business objectives and focus areas. Also, prepare and implement marketing calendar for the year
3) Collaborate with various internal teams for efficient mapping of the fulfillment process for the various campaigns in order to optimize results
4) Manage, monitor, track, evaluate and report the productivity of marketing plans and projects based on the fulfillment of business objectives and marketing return on investments
5) Ensure the mandatory adherence to all language, legal and compliance regulations. Ensure approvals are in place before launch of any marketing initiative
6) Propose marketing budget by budgeting each and every activity meticulously beforehand to control overspends and under spends
Eligibility :
Professional qualification: MBA (Finance)/ CFA
Experience: More than 8 years of relevant experience in strategy/ alliances/ marketing/ banking.
Candidates having exposure in Business development at enterprise level with banks/regulators & trade bodies would be preferred.
