From the initial stages of assessing the critical requirements of shareholders/corporate till identifying the suitable financial /strategic partner, the corporate team manages the transaction process in a well coordinated manner.
The teams core competencies are in the areas of industry analysis,modelling,strategic and commercial analysis and a network of strong relationships in the industry.A key strength of the practice in the tremendous goodwill it enjoys with leading financial institutions and private equity players.

The Individual

- 8-12 years of post qualification experience in mergers & acquisitions, PE funds and fundraising and valuation or in a similar environment

- Strong and well rounded business and macro economic understanding

- Strong network of relationships amongst the investing community or large corporate

- Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach

- High level of strategic and creative thinking and a ability to come up with solutions witha tax and legal structuring perspective.

- Extremely high level of comfort with spreadsheets ,MS word and powerpoint.

- Strong soft skills like Interpersonal skills ,Team skills ,communication skills both verbal and written

- Have the ability to work under pressure ,stringent dead line and tough client condition which may demand extended working hours

Qualifications :

- CA (ideally 1st Attempt) /MBA finance form a reputed institute
