AD - Internal Audit - BFSI/BPO/Consulting

Job Description Responsibilities:

- Provide Internal audit reviews of various types of systems and system platforms including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, operating systems, and the review of general IT system controls such as change management controls and SAS 70 reviews

- Develop Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 process and control documentation

- Document business processes and identify business process controls related.

- Communicate business process improvement opportunities to clients

- Develop and execute business development plans

- Conduct client interviews

- Facilitate client presentations and data gathering sessions

- Provide guidance and mentoring to Associates and Senior Associates

- Prepare and present deliverables and presentation material to clients

- Participate in proposal development efforts

- Play substantive/lead role in practice planning, economics, and billing

- Participate in training efforts

Desired Skills:

- Ten years of experience in Internal audit, corporate information systems, information systems risk management, and/or information systems risk management with a well-regarded audit, tax and/or advisory firm; systems integration or systems outsourcing organization, including business development and project management experience

- Sound knowledge of Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) and/or Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT) control frameworks

- Strong client service orientation and ability to take an active role in executing engagements.

- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, attract new business, and build lasting professional relationships with senior level executives and internal colleagues

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives

- Strong client service orientation and ability to take an active role in executing engagements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

- CA, CISA, CIA certification is a plus
