AD - Financial Services Analytics - Big 4

A Big 4 is looking for individuals in their Financial Services Analytics Practice in Mumbai.

It is part of their Financial Services Risk Management Practice.

Title: Associate Director Financial Services Analytics

The role would involve advising clients on a number of credit risk and capital related topics, like:

- Application Scorecards, Behavioral scorecards, rating models, cash flow simulation models

- PD, LGD &EAD models

- Application of analytics in loan life cycle in customer analytics, collections, recoveries, retention etc.

- Portfolio loss rate forecasting etc.

- Economic capital modeling, stress testing models development

The ideal candidate would have:

- Experience in Analytics of more than 15 years, preferably within Financial Services institutions.

- Working with the Analytics/ Business Intelligence unit of an MNC Bank OR a leading MNC Analytics consulting firm.

- Experience in setting up and running Analytics/Business Intelligence practice for Financial Services clients, advising and developing for clients on:

1. Cross/Upsell models

2. Customer/Branch profitability models

3. Collection models

4. Fraud Models

- Engineering, MS Stats from premier institutes.

- Broad consulting and project management skills, effective written and oral communication skills

- A willingness to travel to meet client needs

- Strong experience of statistical modeling in atleast one of the following tools/languages is a must

- SAS Base/EG/E-miner

- R/S-Plus

- Matlab

- SPSS

- Strong Excel/VBA skills is a must.

- Ability to explain complex statistical models to senior management.
