AD/Director - Finance Transformation - BPM

Looking for a Associate Director/Director for the Finance Transformation practice.

Responsibilities include the following:

- Assist organizations to plan, measure and monitor performance to deliver sustainable shareholder value

- Assist organizations in fixing or improving issues and challenges they have with planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting and consolidation, as well as business intelligence and data analytics by adopting a driver-based approach to performance management.

- Build a CEO level performance dashboard across all business areas. (In this case, buyer is CEO of a company)

- Consolidation of financial data to plan, budget and forecast for the organization. (In this case, buyer is CFO of a large company)

- Design Information architecture for companies

Experience required in the following areas:

- Experience and expertise in designing CXO level performance management systems

- Experience in building driver trees for manufacturing / services sectors

- Good understanding of IT systems/technology ( Key product suites such as IBM, SAP, Oracle)

- Experience in consulting to CFO’s with planning, budgeting and forecasting

- Business development, sales, and client relationship skills gained from a professional services background

- Experience in building Analytics CoE for companies
