Role- Associate Director
Location- Chennai
- Manage C&B policies & procedures and suggest best practices which could be adapted & successfully executed
- Leads, manages & develops the entire C&B team as per the desired skills & competencies
- Works closely with leadership (CEO,COO,Senior Partners,Head HR etc.) and top management to understand and contribute to strategic decisions of the firm with respect to manpower cost
- Must have experience in designing and developing robust compensation structures
- Leads various projects, specifically to C&B area
- Design, implement and manage salary classification and compensation programs
- Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure
- Advise on state employment regulations which have an impact on benefits policies and suggest appropriate measures.
- Excellent visibility on competition and general industry trends.
- Analysing cost vs revenue impact on bonus and appraisals.
Job Requirements
- MBA with specialization in HR from a recognized university or institute
- 10-12 years of relevant experience as compensation specialist
- Experience in the areas of compensation surveys, benefits policies, labour laws, performance management, people management is a must
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and with multiple stakeholders is necessary
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) is a must
