Opening with a leading E-commerce MNC.  This position directly Reports to Director.  Educational Qualification- Graduate degree in engineering, preferably an MBA from a premier B School  Work Experience- 10 - 15 years experience 	  JOB DESCRIPTION  Role Dimensions:  - Serve as the single point of contact for all the retail categories and the leadership  - Enable and facilitate discussions for Product, Supply Chain  - Represent and advocate sensitivity of Categories and Customers  - Provide an engagement focus into Category leads  - Liaising with category leads to stay abreast with most ailing issues/pain-points.  - Supporting product/supply chain initiatives across various retail categories  - Facilitating discussions of Function Leads with the sub-categories (Ex: sign-off on process maps)  - Leading requirement and information gathering across categories  - Nurturing a management of change capability across multiple stakeholders  - Securing category based alignments and sign-offs on key initiatives
