Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA  - Inside Sales Operations, Marketing and Lead Generation, Business Development and Digital Marketing and PR functions for the organization.  - This position reports to the Head Sales.   Job Responsibilities :   - Work with the senior management and sales and marketing teams - understand the sales and marketing plans and target goals for the year.   - Set up the Inside Sales team to manage telemarketing, pipeline generation and sales life cycle from lead to opportunity. Ensure inside sales productivity and efficiency and yield from Inside Sales by allocating proper allocation of resources and quota, managing the sales process and operations, sales training and reporting analytics.   - Manage the marketing and lead generation teams, set processes and operations to achieve lead generation targets. Supervise and lead the inbound marketing, outbound marketing, lead life cycle and social/PR activities.   - To continuously streamline and improve sales and marketing processes and operations to support the sales and marketing plan and improve sales productivity.   - Candidate should have experience into telecalling into UAS, Canada, Europe & Australia  - Support the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.   - Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales and marketing organization.
