- 7+ - 13+ years industry experience

- Deep knowledge of business processes for a particular industry, like Retail, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, E-Commerce, Steel & Automotive, Jewellery, Service Industry and others

Work Profile :

Managing the P& L of the Project/Vertical effectively with the following :

- Understanding of the standard business processes of the Industry. Should have developed industry unique practices and processes for the company of employment

- Build a business case for ERP with a positive ROI to the customer on implementation

- Should have reported to and interacted with CXO / Management level as a routine KRA.

- Pushing the customers towards Standard/Best Practices

- Handling Organizational Change Management.

- Documenting the business process requirements of the customer and translating the same in ERP enabled business processes.

- Project Management during of the ERP implementation including project receivables and on-time deliveries.

- Creating ERP enabled industry best practices.

- Successful & Timely completion of projects.

- Project profitability

- Creating Industry Templates

Profile Description : This person should be have at-least 10+ years of hands on experience, ready to move to any location from time to time.
