Role Summary : As a Associate - Power BI, you will be involved in all aspects of the Power BI project including scope definition, delivery, getting client buy-in and sign-off on the dashboards. In doing so, you will be directly working with the client director and the client(s). You will be playing the role on an internal SME on all dashboard related projects at Acuvon. In addition, you will be responsible for mentoring and grooming analyst in your team. This role requires you to travel to client locations (outside India) for approximately 3 weeks/month (depending upon client requirement). Expectations : - Comfortable travelling and staying in Saudi Arabia for 3 weeks every month - Lead multiple work streams and solve high complexity business problems through design and delivery of dashboards - Be efficient in building and/or guiding the team in making high quality deliverable - Manage performance and development of Analysts working on the project - Build the internal capabilities on Power BI - UX design capabilities - Knowledge of database, data query and building data models Education, Experience and skill-set : - Graduate / Post Graduate from Tier 1 college (preferable) - Certification in Power BI (highly desirable) - 2+ years of relevant experience in building and delivering Power BI dashboards (Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query) - Excellent problem solving and communication skills (required) - Advanced Proficiency in ETL processes for transforming structured, unstructured, disparate source data into data stores and data warehouses (required) -We arrange for travel to client location and also ensure comfortable accommodation at the client-site for our employees.
