- Supporting our clients on financial modelling assignments, whereby the candidate may have to build models from scratch which may vary from building just a 3-statement model or a detailed model comprising of valuation as well

- Valuation analysis through income method like DCF, DDM, EVA, Residual Income method etc. or through relative valuation using different valuation multiple

- Building models based on various business combination like merger, acquisition, divestiture, LBO etc.

- Updating the models based on the latest quarter earnings and preparing a small earnings summary on the same

- Sound understanding of different forms of debt and capital structure of a company

- Interacting with very senior professionals at private equity firms and corporations

- Conducting quality check on financial models

- Building sensitivity and scenario analysis in the models
