Senior Associate - Commercial Lending - Debt Syndication

Role:

- Prior experience of working on underwriting and monitoring of LBO / Refinancing / Acquisition Financing and related deals. Should have created pro-forma transaction structures along with making pro-forma adjustments in financials

- Preparing detailed capital structure (tranche wise) including making necessary pro forma adjustments. Candidate should have strong understanding of various classes of debt (secured/unsecured/subordinated) and financing options used by the borrower for the deal

- Analysis of financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement (incl. Free cash flow, funds from operations) of public and private companies

- Comfortable with spreading and analyzing the detailed historical financial statements in excel

- Analyzing the financial covenants applicable to the borrower basis credit agreement definition

- Analyzing the business model, identifying strengths, weakness, risks, understanding the revenue models and the corporate structure

- Responsible for delivering 100% quality

- Proven ability in meeting strict deadlines and ability to work under pressure

Required Background:

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience

- Experience in financial modeling, and underwriting and credit analysis of LBO / Acquisition Financing / Refinancing transactions

- MBA (Finance) / CA (CPA equivalent) / CFA
