Acuity Knowledge Partners - Delivery Lead - Investment Banking - TMT Sector

Responsibilities :

- Play a strategic role for Acuity's investment banking (IB) business, which is one of the largest business units in the company

- Manage some of marquee investment banking client relationships and their teams/sub-teams

- Extensively contribute to the automation initiatives and technology platform for investment banking

- Bring and implement investment banking best practices and help mentor IB team members to deliver highest quality or service and add value to client engagements to ensure high client satisfaction

- Bring experience across M&A, Sector coverage and capital markets to enhance the service offering, particularly in TMT, Consumer & Retail, Industrials and Energy (Oil & Gas) Sector

- Support our clients on preparing pitch books, IMs, valuation models, company profiles, strip profiles, trading comps, precedent transactions comps, industry studies, company focused discussion documents, studying & analyzing different business & financial models in a particular industry

- Demonstrate strength and flair in client relationship building and management

Required Background:

- Post-Graduation in Finance (MBA, CFA, CA etc.) or equivalent qualification

- Relevant experience of 6-8 years in Investment banking division of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, advisory firm

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Ability to handle pressure working in fast paced environment with quick problem solving skills

- Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, SNL, Thomson Research, Factset, Factiva etc.

- MS Office skills - should be excellent in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
