Acuity Knowledge Partners - Associate - Credit Research (2-5 yrs)
Key responsibilities include :
- Building credit models and projecting company's performance incorporating credit metrics/ratio analysis
- Capital structure analysis - Identifying different levels of debt tranches, corporate and funding structure, mapping guarantees and collateral
- Calculation of adjusted debt and analysis of off balance sheet debt like items, waterfall structure analysis and recovery analysis
- Preparing detailed reports/presentations on companies describing business model, strategy, industry scenario, capital structure, covenants and key risks associated with the investments
- Performing credit research and analysis based on the ratings reports, company's results and related commentary
- Track and report news/events/macro developments/market data on coverage names or as required
Required Background :
- MBA from a top tier school / Chartered Accountant
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Knowledge of public data, research, and analytic resources
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Team players who must show the willingness to work with cross functional teams across many time zones
