Acuitas360 - Project Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and piloting detailed project plans, organizing and launching key activities, and participating in workshops related to commercial data systems and platforms. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as expertise in insights and analytics of the commercial pharmaceutical sector, contribution to the success of our organization by providing valuable insights derived from project plan and data analysis.

Job Description:

- Define and pilot detailed project plans for key initiatives, in coordination with stakeholders such as IT global project managers and technical experts.

- Organize and launch activities related to commercial data systems transfer, including coordination with external providers and legal departments.

- Participate in workshops for ERP gap analysis, IT transitional service agreement (TSA) scoping, and ERP project evaluations.

- Specify required evolutions for commercial data systems and platforms, working closely with internal teams and headquarters.

- Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business strategies and initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop analytics solutions to address key challenges.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements and Desirable Criteria:

- Degree in management, engineering, quantitative field, or related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in project management in IT and/or commercial pharmaceutical sector is mandatory.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and track progress.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.

- Experience working with commercial data systems and IT platforms in the pharmaceutical industry. ETL and BI tools is a plus.

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry databases and syndicated data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony Health) would be good to have.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent would be good to have.

- Experience with ERP systems and data migration projects would be desirable.
