Job Summary : The strategic Risk consulting (SRC) team within the risk & Analytics division provides bespoke consulting services to our client.

Key Services :

- Commercial Lines pricing

- Insurance Programme Optimization

- Premium Allocation

- Reserving

- Solvency II /Capital Modelling

Principal Duties /Responsibilities :

- Management and execution of projects in partnership with multiple stakeholders

- R&D and working on new consulting products and offerings

- Business development and writing proposals

- Individual contributor/ Lead occasionally for small scale global projects

- Managing a team of 5-8 analysts

- Motivating and developing the skills, competencies, and knowledge of the team

- Conducting appraisals and setting objectives

- Conducting interviews for hiring and promotion of talent

- Ensure team adherence to various compliance mandates.

Qualifications :

- Mathematics or related discipline at the degree level

- Qualified Actuary from the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries or Institute of Actuaries of India.

Skills :

- Project Management

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & deadline

- Knowledge of Python ,R , Igloo or ResQ would be a plus

Knowledge & Experience :

- Non life insurance experience

- Team management experience

- Client Presentation skills

- 3 to 5 yrs of relevant experience with minimum 3 yrs of exp post qualifications
