Actuarial Role - Life Insurance

We are looking for a part qualified or qualified actuaries who will work on a wide variety of projects including Pricing, Reserving, IFRS 17, Transactions and Independent Expert assignments, Actuarial Audits, Reporting, Model Validation, With-profits strategy, Capital, and Finance Transformation for insurers and reinsurers in UK and European Life or Non-Life Assurance/Insurance Markets.

1. Engaging in quantitative and qualitative work including but not limited to actuarial modelling, report-writing, and research.

2. Engage with colleagues and stakeholders globally and especially in the UK and work closely with them to support our clients.

3. Assist in building and reviewing actuarial models, validate assumptions and data, validate model outputs, and efficiently and timely communicate any queries to the team/client

The minimum criteria

- Qualified Actuary/Part Qualified or equivalent experience

- Experience managing internal or external stakeholders and working within set project timeframes

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and exceed client expectations

- Monitoring junior team members work and coaching/career development
