1. IFRS Integration:

- Lead the implementation of IFRS standards within actuarial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Interpret and apply IFRS principles to actuarial models and financial reporting.

2. Actuarial Modeling:

- Develop and maintain actuarial models that align with IFRS guidelines, incorporating relevant assumptions and methodologies.

- Perform sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various factors on financial statements.

3. Financial Reporting:

- Generate accurate and timely financial reports, reflecting IFRS standards, for internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with accounting teams to reconcile actuarial results with financial statements.

4. Risk Assessment:

- Evaluate the financial impact of risk factors in accordance with IFRS regulations.

- Provide insights into potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate adverse financial outcomes.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with finance, accounting, and risk management teams to ensure seamless integration of actuarial and IFRS principles.

- Communicate effectively with non-actuarial stakeholders regarding IFRS implications on financial results.

6. Documentation and Compliance:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of actuarial processes and assumptions in compliance with IFRS standards.

- Stay informed about updates and changes to IFRS guidelines and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders.
