Supports the Actuarial & Financial group with a broad range of actuarial & financial management services for clients like Experience reporting, Reserving, Regulatory reporting, pricing and underwriting support.
- Guide and mentor team members on actuarial principles, tools and processes and help them identify and address their developmental areas through
- Providing regular feedback on their work
- Receiving feedback from them on their developmental areas
- Presenting such instances to group leaders and initiating training programs
- Drive process improvement and manage process SLAs
- Ensure gating procedures, process control and enhancements via reporting, RCA etc.
- Act as a PR for highly complex and non- standard projects
- Participate in creating training materials and delivery of training sessions
- Support transition of new services/geographies
- Participate in creating training materials and delivery of training sessions/knowledge-sharing sessions
- Communicate in a clear way that helps address questions instead of leading to more confusion
- Understand project management from a work budget and timing standpoint
- Participate and contribute in any special project requirements
- Support in any new transitions, documentation and creation of PMAPs and SOP
- Lead the training of new hires and existing resources for new transitions
