Actuarial Manager - Assumption Development - Life Insurance Domain

Job Description :

This role will assist Actuary in developing assumptions and Experience studies procedures relating to product development.

- Work on data gathering, cleaning and analytics

- Create Life insurance assumption reports

- Pension (Employee benefit) assumption updates

- Support in use product development models to analyze and project financial results based on product design.

- Support the development of assumptions using experience studies and recommend modifications for products.

- Support in Experience studies to evaluate the longer term performance of mortality, morbidity, lapse or other measure

- Assist in the review and recommendation of various administrative rules necessary to maintain profitability of the products developed.

- Support the design and writing of actuarial programs and subroutines for use in actuarial projects or other areas requiring actuarial input as it related to product design.

Experience Required :

- 8-10 year(s) : Strong work experience with data gathering, cleaning and analytics

- Very good knowledge of Python modelling

- Knowledge of US Life insurance products preferred

Education Required :

- Bachelors or Masters in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field

- 8-12 Actuarial exams
