Location: Delhi/NCR

ROLE

- Developing actuarial expertise by regular knowledge sharing and mentoring in order to delivery very high quality of work consistently.

- process improvements for consistent improvement on quality and efficiency.

- performance and development of a group of people and the quality and efficiency of the projects that they work upon.

FOCUS

- Supporting client teams in a wide array of retirement project work

- Formulating views and providing input to deliverables and potential solutions to the client teams

- Establishment & development of relationships with the teams Onshore

- Proactive management of client teams to ensure business targets and delivery goals are met

- Mentoring and coaching colleagues on the job

- Ensuring accurate , consistent & on schedule delivery.

- Being up-to-date with new developments in retirement legislation or professional guidelines that relate to own work

- Assisting the unit head in managing client relationships

- Peer reviews of others work to ensure accuracy.

- Utilizing effective project management tools and processes for client deliverables

- Evolving training strategies on bring the new team members/managers to come up to speed quickly

Qualification:

- Qualified or nearly qualified actuary( should have cleared a minimum of 3 Papers)

- Relevant work experience, preferably in Life/Pension valuation

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent people management/leadership skills

- Good exposure to any actuarial modelling software

- Experience managing actuarial functions for clients overseas would be a plus
