Highlight of the engagement opportunity:

- Nature of role: Full time

- Number of years of experience expected: - (2 - 7) years.

- Areas of past experience preferred: Risk modelling/ Actuarial modelling , IFRS17, ERM, ALM, Economic capital, Derivatives.

- Educational qualification expected: Pursuing an Actuarial qualification (Completed a minimum of 5 papers)

- Additional qualifications/ certifications required: None

- Preferable additional certifications: FRM / Certifications in Python / SQL.

- Preferred geography of previous work experience: India

- Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English.

Key responsibility areas:

- Work closely with our technology teams to incorporate quantitative techniques into software.

- Design and develop risk models for clients.

- Undertaken implementation of Acies TechWorks technology solutions

- Undertake projects related to model development and validation.

- Build applications on Revolutio and other no-code platforms.

- Undertake testing for applications.

- Work closely with cross functional teams and clients.

Selection process:

- Online Test: The online test is expected to evaluate your quant and actuarial skills and their application to real life situations

- Case study: Case studies are designed to evaluate your critical thinking abilities and your ability to innovate on solutions for real client challenges

- Interview: There are expected to be at least 2-3 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.

- Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.

Preparation required:

It is recommended that you prepare on the following aspects before the selection process:

- Understanding of financial products/ instruments, risks and risk management practices being followed

- Knowledge on model development and validation including methodologies, issues and challenges observed

- Knowledge of financial market regulations and evolving changes in the risk landscape

- Developments in the technology landscape
