Position: Manager Activation

Location: Kolkata

Division: Personal care

Job purpose:

- Strategising, planning and implementing Direct to Consumer activation of the various brands within pcpb.

Education & Experience:

- MBA (Marketing) with minimum 5 Years Experience in Activation. National Exposure of Handling large scale Consumer Engagement Activities.

Knowledge and Business Understanding :

- Brand objectives and role of consumer activation home to home for each brand.

- Experience in sales and in handling customers directly.

- Research methodology and techniques to evaluate activation programs Best practices - Do's & Don'ts of different engagement points

- Materials, costs, leadtimes for fabrication of various elements involved

Job Description

- Strategising, Identifying and planning the activation opportunities for consumer engagement for the Personal
Care brands.

- Capable of handling End to end Execution of Home to home activation on a very large scale on Pan India Basis.

- Setting up the systems and processes and driving the field force to ensure adherance of same for delivery of Extremely high quality of execution.

- Developing and controlling the evaluation mechansim for ensuring the high quality of work and adherance of plan

- Self motivated, performance driven, result oriented and team leader to lead the large scale activations
