Role Name: Manager - Video Operations

Location: Bangalore

Purpose of the Role:

To manage the video business for Bangalore with key responsibilities of Profit & Loss, revenue stream management and handling large & complex multi - functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading operations for Bangalore (Video Business)

- Responsible for handling the Profit & Loss of the business unit.

- Managing multiple revenue streams.

- Managing trade relations with Cable operators.

- Leading organic growth as well as business expansion through new acquisitions.

- Leading multi - functional teams.

- Study the market, understand competition landscape, devise & implement the plans.

- Ensure high Quality of service to the customers.

Key Result Areas:

- Growth of sub - base through organic means and acquisitions.

- Quality of service and growth of ARPU (average revenue per user)

- Development/Streamlining of systems and processes.

- Should possess strong market Intelligence/Industry knowledge or experience/commercial acumen.

- Should demonstrate execution excellence/do it right approach.

- Results driven approach, high level of urgency, ability to prioritize as per business requirement.

Educational & Experience requirements:

- MBA with 9 - 12 years of experience in operations.

- Should have experience of handling a team.

- Preference will be given to the candidates with operations background.

- Very good at networking, negotiations and influencing.

- Capability to understand the customer needs and strong business acumen.
