Purpose of the Role : The incumbent is responsible for generating Monthly MIS, Responsible for implementation &amp; control of all systems &amp; processes across the business entities of North cluster (Delhi NCR, Jaipur &amp; Lucknow) Role Description : 1) To review and analyse financial data and compliance of policies 2) To ensure all statutory compliances across business entities of North cluster 3) To oversee financial and accounting system controls and standards and ensure timely financial and statistical reports for management 4) Complete management accounting including periodic closing of accounts 5) To manage and coordinate the Internal Audit, Statutory/Tax Audit, Stock audits 6) To prepare all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, information for reports for tax returns, and reports for government &amp; regulatory agencies 7) To implement financial processes and controls 8) Preparation of annual business plan 9) Coordinating of Monthly commercial review across the north cluster 10) Business analysis support 11) Manage the entire Capital Cycle Key Result Areas : - Generation of error free MIS and complying with deadlines, completing the monthly closing activities as per schedule, effective integration of acquisition, no deviations of statutory compliances
