Responsible for translating brand vision and purpose into every day cohesive customer story. 2. Develop objectives, spearhead programs across marketing across multiple geographies and businesses. 3. Design and Develop internal &amp; external communications while partnering with agency execution 4. Lead strategic development, offline advertising development, and execution, analytics, consumer insights amongst others 5. Responsible for regular analysis to guide strategic brand &amp; business direction. Fact-based recommendations for improvements course correction and opportunity identification. 6. Be ACT brand ambassador at all times. Understand and effectively communicate brand's unique selling propositions to both consumers and key stakeholders. 7. Ensure trademark consistency in all consumer touch-points and Ensure that brand is consistently presented across various contact points, including website, emails, social media, PowerPoint, and other marketing collateral. 8. Build own and team, coach and mentor Recruitment Specifications - Top 10 B- Schools - Should have 4+ years experience in FMCG, FMCD companies handling brand/trade marketing - Should have worked on brand building campaigns, spearheading them with agency partners
