Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Finance

Job Description:

Purpose of the Role:

The incumbent will be responsible for accurate accounting in the region, manage business spends at region and ensure financial controls and statutory compliances with the objective of maintaining healthy financial norms. The main responsibilities include drawing up the financial management reports and manage the finance activities of ACT.

Role Description:

1. Manage and Monitor payments by putting effective checks, controls to ensure no leakages & closure of gaps highlighted by central teams.

2. Responsible for Accurate accounting, ensuring checks and balances, Reconciliations and Books of Accounts closure.

3. Monthly Financial Statements Preparation including variance analysis of budget to actual results, ensure timely submission of reporting package to Head Quarters as part of the monthly reporting process.

4. Partner with multiple stakeholders from Business to drive commercial finance operations.

5. Drive Key Projects including Cost-saving initiatives through Business partnering and Dash Boards.

6. Track statutory payments and reporting related to statutory filings include tax returns and any special reporting.

7. Provide spent analysis for Capex / Opex expenditures and report back insights.

8. GST Input and Output reconciliations, track and monitor all purchase-related tax credit and ensure no leakages.

9. Handle Statutory and Internal Audits by submission of financial statements along with schedules, Audit data, workings, and clarifications.

10. Monitor Inventory Accounting, controls, and governance.

11. Revenue and Collections Accounting.

Qualifications Required: MBA Finance / CMA Qualified / CA IPCC.

Experience: 4-5 years

Skills Required:

1. Proficient in MS Excel, PPT, and MS Word.

2. Good Interpersonal Communication skills.

3. Working knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
