Business Development Manager (Development)

ACS Networks and Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our development services business. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to increase market share.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of web development services and digital marketing space.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential clients.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs in the development services industry.

- Plan to achieve the target, aligned with the company's sales strategies and policies.

- Meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess our relationship with them.

- Keep prospective client databases updated.

- Develop marketing plans and offer relevant marketing solutions to clients.

- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.

Requirements:

- Masters degree in Sales & Marketing.

- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the IT infrastructure industry.

- In-depth knowledge of software development, web development, mobile app development, Digital Marketing Services, and related technologies.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent written and oral English skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Industry: IT Sales and Presales

Preference: Candidates local to Dehradun Uttarakhand.

Shifts: General/Day Shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

Location: Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
