ACS Solutions - Team Lead - Finance & Accounts

- The role is responsible for using the knowledge of Ledger booking and accounting, financial and statutory reporting requirements, and other accounting processes.

- The role requires to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, data analysis and management reporting (including internal management reporting), working on regulatory and financial reporting and statutory compliances, comprehensive data analysis and process transitions and documentation and working closely with other support functions.

- The role is also responsible for developing and ensuring the efficacy of internal control policies and procedures.

- Good to have good experience in MS Office. (MS Excel and MS word)

The role may also include:

- Doing monthly accounting in GL and preparation of Account reconciliations.

- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise to prepare for board review.

- Ensure timely, accurate and high-quality Internal financial reporting to Management and Support in group/regional annual statutory audits.

- Evaluate finance processes and internal controls, ensuring best practices are consistently observed across the group.

- Manage relationships with Third party customer providers, consultants, and advisors such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities (as applicable).
