Head of Talent Acquisition, India : We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who will lead our talent teams across Noida, Hyderabad and Chennai, working closely with the business to understand talent needs, and devising out of the box and orthodox plans to generate a pipeline of ideal candidates who will add to our company culture, as well as improve our capabilities.&nbsp; The Head of Talent Acquisition will manage the entire recruitment process from position identification to sourcing and eventual hiring. The role is apt for a person who would want a free hand in devising the ways of working, is passionate about people, can put themselves in the shoes of the interviewee, and create memorable experiences. This position is not for someone who is an order taker, prefers a settled and well-oiled team, is not willing to take risks, and is not a team player. The position will have an appropriate internal title basis your experience and calibre. We expect the person to work the UK hours (remote till COVID issues persist) and be based out of Noida. We are open to Hyderabad as a base location, provided you are willing to travel to Noida and invest an equal amount of time per month between our locations. Work Location : Noida, Delhi/Hyderabad | Remote during Covid Shift Timings : 2:00 - 11:00 PM (UK Shift) Principal Responsibilities : - Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates - Proactively identify and address hiring needs - Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures - Manage a team of recruiters and provide guidance and support as needed -Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates - Oversee and improve overall candidate experience - Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates &amp; past applicants for future staffing needs - Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand - Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting softwares (e.g. ATS, Aptitude Test, Psychometric test &amp; etc) - Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires. - Manages recruitment tool usage and advises on new opportunities for sourcing candidate flow - Act as a Leader/Coach that leads recruitment team toward individual career goals and objectives - Keep track of recruiting metrics (prospecting, interviews, hires, time to fill, etc.) and present to the management. - Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners - Creates professional relationships with both internal and external clients and customers. Prior Experience : - 14 to 18 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, out of which at least 5+ years should be in a leadership capacity as Manager/Sr. Manager/Head. - Firm understanding of the Staffing and IT industry (hiring for India), with additional experience of hiring for Finance, Legal, Marketing and other Shared Services teams - Should be able to demonstrate past experiences around culture improvements, technology and process enhancements, boundaryless working and capability enhancement. - Adept an excel, macros, formulas, creating automated spreadsheets, powerpoint etc. About the company : ACS Solutions is a leading global information technology, consulting, and business solutions organization.
