Description :&nbsp; The PMO office is a team of people engaged in managing strategic initiatives linked to Due Diligence, Evaluation, Integration, Process design, Re-engineering, Calibration, Project Management etc. The expected functional knowledge will cover 1. Process Mapping, Design thinking and Re-design 2. Digitization, platform design 3. Risk and Mitigation 4. Financial Review, HR integration, Workplace practices and design 5. Others Main Responsibility of the PMO office :&nbsp; - Governance : They make sure that the right decisions are being made by the right people based on the right information. This can also include auditing and reviews, developing project/team structure and building appropriate accountabilities. - Transparency : They provide information that is relevant and accurate to support effective decision-making. - Reusability : There's no reason to - reinvent the wheel,- so they are a depository of learned lessons, processes, company tools, structures, who will provide guidance for the future roadmap around integrations and investments. - Validation : They will lead critical projects which require an independent thinking and validation, generating information and data crucial to the decision-making process. - You will be responsible for leading the prioritizing and owning roadmap, defining clear requirements, making design decisions, planning and achieving the delivery dates, and implementation of some of the core product features. - You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define these features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices to delivery high quality products. A commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements.&nbsp; - You will tackle large complex projects, document complex business rules in a highly distributed team, and understand service-oriented architecture, create reliable, scalable, secure products for our customers in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift fast. - The position is a unique blend of technology and business. Mandatory Skills and Qualifications :&nbsp; - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules. - Should have extensive experience in mapping business needs or current processes and converting them into future solutions using aspects of technology, speed, cost and experience. - 15+ years of experience working directly with business and technology partners - 8+ years of technical product/program management - Strong in process mapping, both the as-is and the to-be, co-ordinating with multiple groups of diverse teams across diverse locations. - Ability to translate business needs to the most appropriate technical solution which could be bespoke or bough off the shelf, as the case may be. - Good understanding of RPA principles and NL/ML techniques, thereby providing the best automation solution to the business. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes. - Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our customers. - Proven track record of building strong processes to scale business - Works autonomously and instils the highest level of bias for action - Problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables.
