ACS Solutions - Chief Technical Officer - Digital Health

Innova Solutions is hiring a Segment CTO of Digital Health. As the Segment CTO of Digital Health, you will be responsible for enhancing and maturing our Enterprise level Digital Healthcare accounts within our CTO organization, in addition to collaborating global vision, strategy and framework for Solutions Delivery Organization speaking to our Digital Health business to help achieve strategic and business objectives.

What you will be responsible for:

Enterprise Architecture Global Strategy Development within our Digital Health segment.

- Partner with business and IT leaders and the architecture team, to assess gaps from the current state, develop target state architectures, and generate a portfolio of high-level initiatives, tools and accelerators to close gaps, across the applications, information, technology infrastructure, integration, and cyber-security architecture layers.

- Lead research and discovery workshops on technology trends, vendor/product industry developments, regulations and trends and identify potential impacts or opportunities to the enterprise strategy for our clients.

- Oversee design and development of holistic and concise principles, strategies and frameworks that provide direction and establish boundaries and frameworks for Architecture group as well as Global Delivery Organization.

Customer and Stakeholder Collaboration

- Facilitate and foster architectural discussions with the Customers, building trusted relationships and providing guidance and advise for service value realization based on deep industry insights and current industry trends.

- Collaborate and guide the competency center leaders to develop frameworks/tools/accelerators.

People Leadership

- Provide timely and constructive feedback on a regular basis to ensure the team has a clear understanding of their work, roles, and the business.

- Lead, develop and coach the Enterprise Architecture team to continually improve IT capabilities necessary to increase performance of the Team and Delivery Organization.

Required Skills:

- Enterprise architect with cloud experience: AWS, Azure and GCP, at least two of them.

- Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, coaching, analysis, problem solving and short term and long-term planning.

- Experienced, persuasive and effective presenter, both written and verbal.

- Knowledge of standard selling disciplines, specifically Solution Selling and RFP management.

- Experience leading high performance, results driven teams with a focus on client satisfaction.

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives, and rapidly changing priorities.

- Self-starter with an in-depth hands-on work experience with large-scale implementations of AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of J2EE, .NET, and cloud technologies development languages and tools, to continue with development

- Direct experience migrating applications from the enterprise to public cloud providers (e.g. Amazon, Google, or Microsoft)

- Experience helping development teams build and deploy micro services-based applications in public cloud Experience with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment tools and processes

- Understanding of emerging technologies and end-user needs.

- Travel up to 50% internal and for client meetings or initiatives.

- 15+ years of overall experience, to include a minimum of 5 years of enterprise, full-life cycle in Architecture in the professional IT/Software Development services industry.

- Experience in leading a team of architects in enterprise architecture, software, data, security and cloud architecture areas.

- 10+ years of experience with Java / J2EE technologies and Architecting solutions using Web technologies

- 3+ years project experience migrating and deploying cloud-based solutions (GCP, Azure or AWS)

- 3+ years architecting, implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services infrastructure and topologies

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- AWS Certified Professional Cloud Architect or Azure, Google equivalent preferred.

- Experience in Cyber security services

- Understanding of Infrastructure as a Service, Infrastructure as Code and related concepts on public cloud.

- Proven experience as a successful senior engineer and/or cloud engineer highly desirable

- Container experience with Docker and Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms

- Understanding of Agile, SCRUM and Continuous Delivery

- Domain Experience, Digital Health
