Acronotics - Project Manager - RPA

Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Project Manager with hands on experience of implementation of the product requirements, Process engineering & Automation. Role includes automation requirement understanding, business case development, project planning, PoV development, reviewing automation approach, ensuring unit testing, monitoring progress, playing role of scrum master and overseeing deployment. 

- Role will also include overseeing product support (L3 defects) and support of product implementations.

- Manage automation project deliverables using Robotic Process Automation standards.

- Be in charge of creating a dashboard and work on regular project reports and status updates.

- Manage overall automation inventory to ensure high level of data quality by developing and applying data quality rules.

- Conduct regular process automation review meeting and take care of administrative activities such as record creation, updating of statuses.

- Manage transformation processes to accommodate new requests periodically in addition to pre-planned roadmap projects.

- Lead RPA Steering Committee for the active projects based on business value.

- Liaise with Technical Directors and Lead Producers across all business units to ensure RPA alignment with their current and future requirements.

- Standardize project management processes and documentation collaboratively between geographical offices to maintain consistent high performance regardless of location.

- Handles end to end client communication.

- Resource management.

- Cross functional coordination.
