Job Description / Responsibilities :

- To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options

- Meet Gynecologists on regular basis thereby building good relationship

- Travel to locations to meet Gynecologists and create awareness about the organizations services

- Identify and develop new opportunities

- Work closely with marketing team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target markets/Clients

- Conduct CMEs

- Conduct patient camps

- MIS reporting

- To conduct primary and secondary research and design research methods for various key clients. To consult with the clients for projects for the requirements and objectives

- To define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects. Identify and validate the key business requirements

- To Build and deepen relationship between the company and the clients by adopting a service-oriented approach

- To generate leads and work towards converting them to new customer accounts

- To maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaisons

- To follow up on payment collections from customers. To maintain customer relations. Address and resolve customer queries and complaints

- To get in touch with the clients and sending quotations

- To finalizing the quotation after verification and managing client relationship

Desired profile of the candidate : Candidate should be a Go-getter with excellent marketing & sales skills. Candidate with relevant experience would be preferred. Should possess leadership skills.

Qualification : Any Science Graduate (Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Biotech/ Genetics/ Clinical Research/ Biosciences/ Biology)
