Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Planning, budgeting, roster, scheduling/allocating of resources for the organization efficiently with respective departments and third-party vendors. Conduct incident or crisis management plans to address issues with clients and services

- Oversee day to day operations and ensuring quality care is provided and look for ways of promoting efficiency and improving profit and net worth

- Implementation of projects/ verticals as per the requirements of the organization

- Planning efficient utilization of resources-based costing with Effective resource utilization

- Implement and maintain NABL quality standards and SOPs and ensure departmental indicators are updated

- Investigate and report errors in customer services and address them in meeting to provide CAPA

- Plan, Direct, Supervise and Coordinate for laboratory functional operational activities and performance improvement strategies

- Compile Statistical and Customer Satisfaction Reports, analyze and summarize these reports and state possible corrective action wherever indicated in endeavors to improve and customize laboratory services adhering to the organizational goal and work processes and manage effective operations

- Liaise (MoU) with support functions for smooth work flow. Support the use of technology, soft wares, LIMS, electronic tools and devices

- Reporting & handling operational incidents & complaints regularly

- Increase in Footfall conversion and Revenue leakage control

- Create and execute orders for business tie-ups and trade transactions in line with organizational or regulatory requirements

- Monitor sample flow and streamlining the process flow of various tests

- Ensure facility upkeep, department functioning to meet the service standards.

- Conduct meetings with respective Heads and management to achieve goals

- Participate in key activities in technology projects

- Review key objectives to determine if operations are effective

- Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities to ensure organizational and regulatory requirements are followed

- Should be open to take up upcoming new projects & challenges that arises in the future

Desired profile of the candidate :

- Preferably from operations experience.

- Strong decision maker, leadership skills.

- Excellent communication.

- Strong in Client relationship.
